Last updated: draft, not yet formally published.
This is a working draft describing Neatora's actual current data practices. It has not yet been reviewed by a lawyer and should not be treated as a final, binding legal document until it has.
An account: your email address and a display name you choose. Workspace data: the households and businesses you create or join, and the content within them (chores, supplies, clients, visits, evidence, and similar) — scoped to the workspaces you actually belong to.
To operate the product: authenticating you, showing you the workspaces you belong to, and running the features described on this site. We do not sell your data to third parties.
In a Postgres database hosted by Supabase, protected by Row Level Security policies enforced at the database level — see the security page for detail on how workspace data is kept separate.
Your account identity (email, display name) is separate from any household or business you belong to. Leaving or being removed from a workspace does not delete your account, and does not affect your membership in any other workspace.
Questions about this policy can be sent through the contact page.
